5% Discover deal and Quarterly Category

This may be a stupid question but if something is listed under the discover deals section with 5% back and would be included in the quarterly category for 5% back... does that mean I will get %10 back?

Or will I only get one?

Yes, they stack. So for like Sam's Club right now, for example, if you buy online through Discover Deals you'd get 10% back (or 20% back if it's your first year).
