b) Citi Dividend- for 1Q 2013- $ 6000 yearly limit
Can you suggest addition to the list?

Of course there are a lot of 1% cash back cards that would work for that. But also the BCE 3% and BCP 6% at supermarkets. This could possibly work if you were using the supermarket pharmacy. For instance I shop at HEB supermarket and I use their pharmacy. Their pharmacy is coded as a supermarket since they are using the same POS system. So I get 2% cash back on all my pharmacy purchases with BOA cash rewards card.
But on the other side of the coin, I can't use Freedom for the 5% because they aren't coded as a pharmacy
Freedom is 5% at Drugstores and if you have a Chase checking account there is an annual 10% bonus.
Is CVS pharmacy or Walgreens considered as Superstores by Amex Blue Cash whether preferred or Everyday?
If yes, then it is good to use it there to average out 6% and 3% respectively to get closer to 5% cash back.
2% cash back is not attractive these days to apply for a new card on that basis.
3% or higher is worth consideration.

The Citi Forward card gives 5x points at drugstores through the end of March.
I believe you won't find any card that gives 3% or higher at stand-alone drugstores that is not a rotating 5% card like the ones you already have. The highest is 2%. You won't get the bonus with BCE/BCP at Walgreens or CVS since those are not grocery stores. As another poster mentioned, some grocery stores have pharmacies inside so it may work at those.
I think there was a HIlton card that gave those types of rewards, but it has since been nerfed.

I think that's a targeted offer - I received an offer for 5x travel for Q1 rather than drugstores.
