FNBO won't auto deny you based on geography for a cobranded card that they service like Ducks Unlimited. There are tons of cards out there that folks don't even realize are managed by FNBO.
Your scores sound fine though the AAoA may not be long enough. I have a fairly long credit history but I was approved with a large number of new accounts and inquiries.
How many inqs and new accounts did you have if you don’t mind my asking?
Doesn't look like the Fort Knox CC can be used much outside of the US.

Seems like it would be a shorter list of "Yes you may use your FtKnox VISA in these countries only..."

I know, right? I mean, even Canada made the 'no' list.
Austria!
Monaco!
Seems surprising that one CU does this and we don't see it other places. Presumably it takes some effort to maintain the list (unless it was only done once) so they must believe it is worth while. And that is one big list! Probably not a go to card for international travel ((but you CAN do in-person transactions in Germany and Great Britain, as shown by the "2").
Really may as well have a FTF to give some buffer against risk....
Perhaps a bit off-topic here, but something to consider when talking gas cards is actual gas prices. Depending on where you live, gas can be found at a significantly different price between two locations that are in relative close proximity. For example, I live about 5 miles from the next county and in that county gas is usually about 15 cents less per gallon than in my county. So, say $2.59 becomes $2.44 (for example). In this example, the savings in getting gas at the cheaper place is "worth" more with no gas card used verses using the 5% card at the more expensive spot. Just something to keep in mind, as some gas cards can limit where you can get the gas. Just making sure people aren't stepping on a dollar in order to pick up a quarter here, that's all.
