I got the card this summer with an 8 year old bk showing. Denied initially but approval on recon as Chase was not included in BK. They pulled TU and I had a 727 at the time

Repo-ed- They have a non signature card as well for limits of than $5000 so dont assume it would be Siggy

Says in the T&C that they'll consider you for a platinum Visa if they can't approve you for the $5k.
