Congrats on those clis!!!!!! Goooooood job!!!

Thanks.

Home (I'm better off without right now), and job (just accepted a great offer this afternoon) all worked out as they were meant to.  I graduate in three weeks, and I've already got the job.  I'm in a good place right now, both credit-wise and personally/professionally.

Awww...thanks so much! Smiley Happy I am very happy about the home. I've been working on my credit for 7 years to see this day. I'm gardening my heart out right now.

You should be so very happy. Those are absolutely fantastic limits. OMG...$10k, $12k...great job! Thank you for the encouragement. We are truly a second family here.

I was talking to one ot the docs I work with just the other day, and she said something that really stuck with me - "When the door closes in your face, don't push against it.  Look the other way and take the OPEN door."

This was so true in my situation.  I was bummed last week about not getting the job that I thought I needed, and then this one opened up and was offered/I accepted today - way more money, less stress, no weekends.  I'm very thankful. Smiley Very Happy

New Job too this was just your day plain and simple Congrats TNT I say well done and have another one on me :-)

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Thanks, tinu! Smiley Happy

Your encouragement, support, and advocacy of gardening has been paramount in helping so many of us meet our goals, so thanks again.

Along with that comes the personal awareness that our successes along the way may be attributed to the fact that we have chosen to wait and forego immediate gratification - gardening really works!
