Had this card as a rebuilder and used it heavily multiple payments and always pif... Tried stupidly to request a cli using the web luv button and calling the csr, resulting in two useless HPs before knowing about myFICO... With no increases. Called today after my 6th statement cut and no increase. My cr and cs has greatly increase since then which will put this card in my sd forever...

I dont have this card, but I have heard similar stories with the Shell Card issued by CITI as well. I would use it once and a while and then SD it back. Is there any backdoor number he can call??
