AMEX 3x Request w Auto CLI Timing

I have two AMEX cards BCE ($4200) and ED ($15000). Here are the significant dates:

BCE - opened - 8/1/2014 - $1000
BCE - 61 day 3x CLI - 10/1/14 - $3000 (new limit)
ED - opened - 11/12/2014 - $5000
ED - 61 day 3x CLI - 3/30/2015 - $15000 (new limit)
BCE - auto CLI $1200 - 7/5/2015 - $4200 (new limit)

I was planning on requesting a CLI for BCE on 9/26/2015 which is 180 days from my last customer-initiated CLI on 3/30/2015. My question is did that auto CLI on 7/5 (the last one) reset my 180 day timer so I now have to wait until 1/11/2016 to make another CLI request?

Also, could I move some limit from my ED to my BCE and then make a CLI request from my BCE at a higher limit? e.g. Move $800 from ED to BCE making it $5000 and request 3x again for $15000 on BCE?

I'm just considering options and would love some input. I really don't want to push things with AMEX and I really don't need or want 25-30k on a single card. I'd rather have say 15k on each. I'd be happy with that.

Help me plan the fastest/best way to get there.

All suggestions are invited. Thanks.

the auto cli didn't reset your clock
your bce needs to be open another half month or so before you do limit transfers (13 statements)

Thanks for the info. That's good to know. I thought AMEX reset the clock on me. Now I'll decide how much to request. Can I request 3x again? $4200x3=$12600.
