* Update: I called back today. The CSR told me SSN is optional. DOB is now mandatory to make sure the AU is 18 years or older.

 

Also:

-I can set the limit on AU's card.

-Allow cash access.

-Add his own address to the card.

What's in your wallet?
-Not Capital One.

I didn't realize USAA allowed you to set the AU's limit

 

Wish I would have got my GF one of these awhile

It's because they do not report the AU to the credit agency
