Is there a good or bad time to pay?  Do you need to wait until the due date or can you pay at any point as long as the charges posted and are not simply pending?

The only bad time to pay is when you're late. Other than that don't worry about it.

Lenders can see how much you're using and how much you're paying. Timing isn't really going to affect the overall picture much.

Thanks everyone for all the reply. I was on the line with EO but hung up and decided against it....

I will wait the 61 days. Im just happy I got my own amex.

Honestly I didnt want to take any chances and called Amex for the date. They gave it gladly with a wink and smile!
