AMEX BCE PC to Costco TE?

Is it possible to PC my BCE to Costco TE at 13 months when I am eligible?

I don't think you can because Costco Amex is co-branded card. You have to apply. I could be wrong.

Correct as other poster stated, Costco Can not be PC into or out of.  it's one of the few cards that can't be PC.

Thanks everyone. After thinking about it, to maximize rewards I am thinking about apping for TE in-store and keeping BCE (but PCing to BCP at 13 months).
