AMEX Everyday balance transfer limit?

I want to take advantage of the AMEX Everyday balance transfer limit to get the last of my credit card debt to 0%.  I applied, and got approved for $6K credit limit with $4.5K balance transfer limit.

I'm wondering if I can increase the amount I can balance transfer by moving some credit from my AMEX Blue card ($32K limit).  Is the balance transfer limit a fixed amount, or is it a percentage of the total credit line?  I don't think I've ever had a card with a separate balance transfer limit.

It's 75% with a max of $7,500 - so you could theoretically move 4K in limit over to get the full $7,500, but not beyond that.

I got this card recently and found out the same thing.
