rumors floating around mutiples forums/blogs/etc.. Chances are this is one of the many changes happening very soon. They need to compete with the CSR/Prestige and the likes better than they have been and this is a start.
I feel like Amex is going to need to do more than just that to counter the Reserve/Prestige. Another big problem they have is acceptance, not everyone takes Amex.
