If you've never gotten any kind of retention offer from amex, your chances are very good to get one. You may even be lucky enough to get a better offer if you HUCA a couple days later.

If the AU's aren't taking advantage of the lounge access then switch them to the AU Gold cards are there is no fee, but $87.50 per user to access Delta SkyClub and PP is honestly a steal. A day pass will run you $29-$59 depending on who/how you get access to Skyclub.

Ask them to share the expense if they are using the lounges.

You can call and switch the AU's over to free cards and still get a retention offer I bet.

+1  Just a note to clarify; $59 day passes for Delta SkyClub were eliminated in November.  For the $29 entry, the passenger must be traveling with a cardholder of one of the following Amex cards: Platinum, Centurion, Delta Reserve, Platinum SkyMiles, or Gold SkyMiles.

The AUs also get Gold status with Marriott and Hilton, for what that's worth.

UPDATE: Called AMEX, was offered either 50 MR Points or $500 statement credit.

As to my AU’s, My AU’s use the priority pass and use the platinum perks offered to AUs.

That's a beautiful retention offer.  Now take advantage of the $200 travel credit, $100 Sak's credit, and $200 Uber/UberEats credit, and they've paid you at least $275 to keep the card and AU cards for the next year.
