So I've been searching around the web for this offer so I can try my luck. I found a link that sent me back to AMEX and it said this at the top of the page.
"You have been identified as a current American Express Card Member. You may have seen an offer advertised for this product previously, but the offer is not available to current American Express Card Members."
That was at the top of the page before I even filled anything out.
I WANT THIS OFFER!
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
From what I have read your only allowed one offer for a revolving account and one for a charge card for current members.

No hostility intended mate, just reread comment and just wanted to clarify.
Just relaying what I have read if it's wrong so be it, but don't shoot the messenger. I read it in so many places it seemed possible and I was just trying to help.
try clearing your cookies or using a incognito window to apply and receive the offer

Gave that a shot and it comes up with the 40K offer still.
It seems AMEX and I are both wrong about multiple offers!

I still think your right they instituted this change in like May. You use to be able to get multiple sign-up bonuses but I don't think that is the case any longer. The link was not referring to sign up bonuses It was referring to personal offers like spend $30 at Exxon and get $5 back. Not everyone gets the same offers.
