I've been recently denied for the AMEX BCE and so I called the backdoor number twice to get the reason why I was denied.
The first CR told me she couldn't say it over the phone but that I could apply for the ZYNC card after 24 hours. The second CR told me that I could apply for the ZYNC card after 90 days from my original application. [But told me why I was denied, kudos for that ]
Who is right here? Should I wait 90 days or try my luck sooner with the ZYNC card?
Interesting set of responses. I tought one must wait 30 days?
If I recall correctly, and I couldn't find the answer for sure using the search function, you need to wait 30 days after a denial. If you try to app before then it's automatically kicked back no pull.

You wait for 30 days before applying. Both CSR apparently sleep on the job.
+1

Thanks for the information!
Hopefully by the end of the year I'll be able to hold a Zync card in my wallet
