Oh dear.  Got a survey from American Express.  I know they don't always mean anything at all but still not awesome...

I received the same email requesting my input on my credit limit. 

Haven't replied yet but I wouldn't read anything into it, I don't think they're fishing for information to use against us, it's probably just a way to collect feedback and hopefully improve their processes / customer service.

RTI International is a legitimate and very large survey research company. My company payrolls most of their hourly employees. If they're using them, they're just looking for some data points.
