Since I had a system error, "in progress", then "declined" ... I wasn't sure if I would've had a counter offer for auto pay..... I called the CSR and he said the computer does it automatically.... but I was wondering how it would be possible if there was a system error.... would they send me a counter offer through mail or email???? anyone had system error, declined, then got a counter offer for autopay?????
