AMEX Zync card packs reimbursed

Hi i was wondering if i could get any feedback.

I just checked my online amex account and noticed that i have been reimbursed for the packs that i have paid for in the zync program. Has this also happened to anyone and does anyone know if we will still get our double points and AMEX is being generous, or if they are taking away the extra points from the packs altogether.

All packs are canceled, except perhaps Lowes pack, I got the same credit it was nice but wierd to see a credit balance on my Zync card, IIRC the double points ended as of March 31st.

Not giving up my Zync card untill they pry the card out of my dead hands or they make me an offer I can't refuse perhaps a Green card with a $25 annual fee.
Love the NPSL didn't use the card more than $10 for a month, used it the next month for $1500 and tested spending approved for another $2000, so my internal limit was still over $3500 with no negative impact on my UTL.

Yep, Packs are being/ have been discontinued. A few other members have commented on our packs being reimbursed! Looks like Zync has become a 1 pt / 1$ spent "rewards" card now. Sadly it will be used less and less for me.

i was surprised to see the connect pack fee reimbursment, since they reimbursed other packs months ago didn't they? wonder why some stayed until now
