WIth Amex, it pays to allow promotional emails. I am on a 9% APR promotion with them for the next 6 months or so. I haven't used it, but it's good to have just in case I do end up needing to float a balance for a month or two.
That came through on email. I don't recall it showing up in my dashboard, but I could be mistaken. Also, the dashboard offers can change every few days, so it's worth checking in online daily. In one week I had three different offers come up on Gold, with three different SUB amounts.
I plan to try for an APR reduction on my BCP once that promotional period is up, so thanks for the DP. I want it to at least match my Cash Magnet at 15%.
