Yep, thought of this specifically - I now only have 79 offers available to be added.

I don't remember the last time I visited AmEx's desktop site, but if the offer is available for your account it will be amongst the dozens of other offers you can add to your card. My supermarket offer was right at the top of the "AmEx Offers and Benefits" list on the dashboard page. It's possible you may not have any available yet due to how new your card is.

Good point!  I don't know if it will work, but it costs nothing so I'm trying it. 

Bonus: I'll probably start getting hilariously off-the-mark advertisements from all those vendors whose offers I just pretended to be interested in.  Fancy hair care products for a bald guy?  Tell me more!  🤣
