That's great to hear.   I got my PRG last month and should be hitting my spend requirement any day now!

I agree!  They paid mine out within days of meeting my spend bonus.

Re: AMEX :)

I hit my spend on the PRG the second day I had the card. Almost 2 months later I am still waiting for any rewards to post. I see them in pending so that is a good sign. Seems like I will get them after my second statement posts in a couple days.

Chase Sapphire Preferred 20k | Amex Delta Platinum 20k | Amex Hilton Aspire 20k | US Bank Cash+ 25k | Chase Amazon Prime 25k | Barclaycard Aviator Red 40k | Bank of America Alaska Airlines 42k | Chase Marriott 50k | Discover It 50.3k | Amex EDP 52k | Citi Thank You Premier 56K | Bank of America BBR 57.9k

Re: AMEX :)

Bonuses and promotional points (like 1000 MRs from Whole Foods, or 2x MRs at Amazon) post quickly, but you don't get MRs from regular spending until the end of the next statement period. If you make a purchase early in a statement period, you won't actually have the rewards until about 60 days later. For example, I made purchases in early March and only got the points on May 1.

I say this having had a PRG for two years.

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select

I was just hoping to get my 50k bonus earlier than after my 2nd statement. On a side note, my $50 Delta reimbursement posted quickly.

Re: AMEX :)

I was also happy to see my 50k bonus points post very shortly after meeting the minimum spend. I'm now in the research phase to figure out what to do with those babies! I also find that Amex offers post quickly too. I had an offer for 10% statement credit on phone, cable and satellite bills. I had my statement credit two days after the transactions posted. I purchased two $50 gift cards for American Airlines on my PRG and had my reinburesement in a few days. Pretty smooth experiences with AMEX.

My $250 posted the very next day I hit the $1000 in 3 months requirements for BCP was surprised to see statement credit for that right away! Sooo impress!!!
