Just one more thing that might help you in for future: I got one of those free online phone numbers that I use only for credit cards and banks. I give them all THAT number. And when they call they get my voicemail at that number, and I get an alert at my real phone number or at my real email, with a copy of the message. Then, I, not them, decide if I want to reply and when. That way I am always prepared and in charge of the interaction. I would do that in the future, if I were you.... good luck!
