Added as signer

I was added as a signer to my wife's Belks card in early June. Belks reports to all three CRA on her account. Equifax added it to my profile within a couple of weeks but the other have not. I have contacted them but they say they don't take requests from customers. I know Belks is sending the data, what can I do to get it added? Thanks
