Advice on best card for balance transfer

My wife has a Capital one card witn high intrest 24% Bal around 800 with a limit of 2700. Her utilization is at 28%. Would like to move my card over as well I have 2800 on a credit union card. Trying to reduce my utilization as its at 50%. 

Looking at a 0% transfer to. Her fico is at 663 mine is at 709.

Chase Slate or Citi Simplicity. Check their prequalify sites.

I would not do a balance transfer. There is another way and it can extend your time for payment at 0% APR plus, a one-time fee of around $15 max and... you can borrow an extra $200... or pay it back immediately.
