credit card companys list CL offers or is it always a game?  the 3 i have now i had to apply for and didnt know the limit until i was approved,, SO my question is after a while when they offer me a card will it list a credit limit so i can say yes or no instead of playing the guessing game?>

i don't think most places will tell you what credit limit you will receive before you are approved.  i think some places do that once you already have an account with them, such as amex.  you might log in to your amex account one day & see that you are approved for a $10,000 card.  but it's not the norm.
