AmEX 3xCLI unanswered question

I have read through a ton of threads about the AmEx 3xCLI but I haven't seen the answer to my questions.

1. Do people actually request 3xCLI on activation of the card? Or do you have to wait until day 61?

2. If requested upon activation and approved, do you do another at day 61 or wait until 180 days has passed?

3. If requested upon activation and denied, do you attempt again at day 61 or wait the 90 days?

Thanks in advance for you answers. My apologies if this is duplicate. I have been reading through threads for an hour and haven't seen solid answers, though I am sure I could have overlooked them.

Answer to 1. YMMV but I have had success with a 3X CLI on activiation for 3 cards.

2. Once approved for one CLI you must wait 180 days.

3. I dont know

I got a 3xCLI about 2 weeks after activation. So yes you can

Exactly. As stated. And across all cards. Even if you apply for another new card. 180 if approved. 90 if denied

I've had my account open over 90 days and can't get a CLI at all. I am having them review it by a real person, but looks like they won't budge with me. I pay the card in full every month and all of my other accounts are top notch. Not sure what they want from me. My experience with their customer support/new accounts people has not been good. They are the worst out of all my accounts.
