AmEx CLI button gone in app?

I can't seem to find the CLI button in the app anymore. Did they remove it?

I had never used the CLI button in APP, but just checked right now, do not see one.

From the homepage it should be under "Account Services". I can still see it.

I don't remember ever having button. The more benefits under Membership tab took you to website. From there you went to account services.

For as long as I've had smartphones, I don't recall credit line increase or credit line reallocation being possible in the app.  A lot of the current options weren't even available until the past few years.
