Is the secured option offered after you are approved or can you select to apply for the secured option?
Synchrony rejected me about a year ago for an Amazon card and I don’t remember seeing a secured option.
Which report did they pull? I have 5 pulls on Experian but only 1 each on TU and EQ...I don’t want anymore pulls on Experian. Thanks.
Synchrony is a known TU puller.
I think it’s regional. Where I live everyone pulls Experian. I just checked my report and for my Amazon app in 2018, Synchrony pulled Experian.
The only time I get pulls on my other reports is if a creditor pulls multiple reports like Capital One.
My trigger finger is itchy on this one! I have Amazon scheduled for January 2020. This is only because I planned a new Navy card this year, which I have passed on since I got a massive 91/3 increase. So, I've got an app to spare. Kinda 😁
I would actually prefer the credit builder version so I can test their graduation scenarios. Knowing my luck I'd end up getting approved for the unsecured version....lol...
Someone please talk me off the ledge!! 👥
Why would you prefe to tie up your money on a deposit rather than get an unsecured card?
