Amazon Prime Visa Signature offering additional cash back

Several offers appear to be floating around the web right now. Looks like the additional earnings are in place from 9/1/17 to 11/30/17. Here's the offers I've seen: 

1.25% cash back on all general spend (instead of 1%) 

1.5% cash back on all general spend (instead of 1%) 

2% cash back on all general spend (instead of 1%)

4% cash back on gas spend (instead of 2%)

You can check your eligibility for the additonal cash back here. I got nothing other than "We can't find your account," which I think is their way of saying I'm not targeted for any of these offers. Here's a couple of screenshots I found:

I just got the email about the 4% back for gas, super psyched about that one bc my SUV is a gas hog!

Got the everyday spend of 1% raised to 2% til end of promotion.

Oh. No. I got the dreadful "we cannot find your account" was really looking forward to the 4% gas bonus.

No e-mail yet, but entered my card info and was told I was activated for 4% back on gas (matches the Costco rebate).
