I do not know how much further you have to go with your education to earn your degree but if I was in your situation and school books are at a decent price at amazon and you will have to continue to buy school books in the future I would try to get their card as your credit scores are decent enough to where you should get approved and can save some money as well, I would not worry about the inquiry too much it only counts for 1 year of any hit on your credit report. Just to let you know I applied for the holidays and was approved last Friday for the Amazon visa card from chase with a $5,000.00 cl ex report was pulled with 5 inquiries with already having 2 chase accounts, you should have a good chance since you already have a chase account and have a relationship with them already.
