American Eagle(GE) Visa Car Rental Insurance

So my sister just got a rental car and used her AE card to and she got a crack in her windshield

When she called the number on the back of her card they said its not covered

I thought all visas had rental car insurance?

Oop just skipped most of the article and went to the chart at the bottom so I assumed it applied to all visas and then just read this part of the article

Sorry to hear about the coverage.  Yes, each lender has specific coverage agreements with Visa (or the network association as applicable).
