If the offer doesn't expire until after your timed 180 day CLI request, I'd probably save the code until after the timed 180 day CLI request.
Best case scenario: You get the 200% followed by the 35%.
Worst case scenario: Your timed CLI request is declined outright, then you get locked out of requesting any other CLIs (including the offer, which may expire by then).
Tried it. =) Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me do the extra 35%. I did, however, get the full 200% this morning.
