@Anonymous Just curious what did you say to them via chat to get the credits for both your cards? I was told you on the phone I would have to cancel and re-apply. I have had my Platinum card since '09 and that's really not something I wanted to do. Thanks

I just chatted with them in March, to add both my Gold and Green to the program. I just told them that I had Corporate Advantage on my Platinum, they had to go verify that, but came back with approval to add CAP to each card. No cancellation, no repplication. Credits on both the Gold and Green appeared almost immediately. I haven't gone through the AF cycle yet, so we'll see how responsive those are on re-posting. The Platinum AF just posted in March, and I don't think I've seen the CAP credit yet on that card.
@NRB525 Thanks for the info. Chatted with them and they were able to apply the CAP to each card and was able to see the credit to both cards in a couple days. Have an AF renewal on my Gold card in July so I am curious to see how long it takes for them to apply the CAP.
Congrats. It makes a major difference in how I look at these three cards now.
My Platinum AF posted March 27, and I got the CAP credit in early May.
@NRB525 my annual fee was charged in August and it has been 3 billing cycles since and I haven't seen the credit again. I tried chatting with them on my phone and got varying answers from they gave it to me in May, when I enrolled, to asking me if I signed up using the CAP link. Is there a way to verify it's enrolled, or because I never signed up using the CAP link they won't automatically credit me.
