@Crib I don't think the OP is pushing the payment through bill pay from his or her bank.  Either way it's unclear what they're talking about because they mention the credit limit increased before the payment is drawn from the bank account.  Now I know this does happens.   Amex Express is not concerned by this because they gonna get their money one way or another.  LOL

 

Maybe the OP can be clear with the question.

I was just asking if this bothered them because they didnt even take the money yet and my credit limit went back up. Im wondering why other issuers dont allow this.

OP-Yes, your pending payment usually increase your limit even before the payment is drawn from your account.
