Not entirely true - I contacted them about the APR on my EveryDay card during my intro 0% APR.  Was able to get them to reduce it (like 2%) really not much at all, but at least now I'm below 20% once the real APR kicks in 2016. 

Others may be able to get larger reductions.

I see that you have edited your APR reduction from 12.25% to 10.24% - did you get it reduced again from 12.25 or was this just a correction?

Congrats. How long have you had the BCE? I might try this myself. My Delta is off the hook high. 19.24 Wonder if they will show a little luv as well?

Just ask. It never hurts to ask. My BCE started at 16.99% back in 2012. And now it's at 7.24%. I ask them to reduce my APR every few months. Sometimes they reduce it, other times they say no offers are currently available.
