I just got my first Amex green card. Its a nice looking card to my surprise. The member since date on the card is 2013. I was an authorized user on my mom's card between 2000-2009 and she closed the card or Amex closed it on her because she carried a high balance but never a late payment.
I cannot find a member since date on the website anywhere. Should I wait a few months to see if it automatically finds me and changes on its own? Or call in and plead my case? Any specific verbiage?
Obviously, I'd really like to have the huge bump in AAOA by using the backdating to my Au date.

Well I just logged in to the Amex full site and under my name it says "thank you for being a card member since 2008". I guess I wasn't a AU as long as I thought. Is that a sign that I was automatically backdated!? And will that reflect on my credit reports and AAOA??
Sweet! My oldest account in my name is a cap one card from January 2008. Since these two cards are the same year, will it help my AAOA still?? Sorry if that's a stupid question
