It went from 10.24 % to 8.24% now ,,, everything is possible with Amex. Soon I will have less APR than Barclays Ring !!!

Just lower my SPG from 15.99(org 17.24) to 13.24.

No go on BCE, stay at 12.74(org 13.99), state it is one of the lowest APR available on BCE

It a moot point, who dare to carry balance on Amex anyway?
