When does the cash back on this card update? My stmt cut 8/25, it's been 2 weeks and the rewards from the prev cycle are still pending. I've had the card since April and haven't been following at what point it finally gets added.
Amex couldn't give me a straight answer.

lol yea, I noticed after your statement cycles, the rewards are held back until you make at least your minimum payment.
