I got my BCE in the mail today, activated the card and then called in to see if they would change my MSD. I had a green Amex back in late 80s to early 90s, this would be a HUGE boost to my AAoA. Anyway, talked to the CSR and she tried to pull up my account and said she as unable to find it since it was so old. Is there another number that I could call to would have access to OLD records like this?
