Did you recently meet any type of SUB on a new AmEx CC or any SUB promo associated with an upgrade?

Re: Amex Corporate Advantage Program Credit

Then that's what that is. The PRG (now f/k/a Gold Card) had a similar perpetual, annual statement credit , it used to be $200 but changed to $100 last I recall (BCE was $50) while Platinum remained at $150.

So, from what I recall, these AmEx statement credits are part of a pilot or program which offered qualified individuals who work at large corporations with AmEx Corporate Cards a targeted SUB on their personal AmEx [eligible] cards.

That makes alot of sense, since I did actually apply for my person Platinum card while logged into my corporate account.  Thanks for explaining this!
