Amex Delta - Should I reaply

Has anyone had AMEX pull Trans Union?

OK so I did it.  I recieved the following message.

Your application will be processed as soon as possible, and we will notify you of the decision by mail within 10-12 business days.
Thank you for applying!

When I last applied they told me imediately that I was denied.  Is this good or bad?

They pulled TU for me as well. Said I was denied because my TU score was low and my util was high. My scores have since increased greatly and I am going to re-apply in a few weeks. Pray for approval. Thanks.
