It does.

I believe all of amex's cards do nowadays.

If you were just approved it will automatically come with it no need to request.

It is fast gettng to the point where asking if credit cards have EMV chips is like asking if your car battery already comes with distilled water in it. These days almost all car batteries are sealed so they already have the water in them. We never think about it.

Credit cards are now the same way. Having an EMV chip in a card is not that big of a deal anymore and shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.
