Amex Green Card Application

Hey guys. I just received an invitation from Amex for the green card. 

Can someone tell me what are the benefits to have the card?  

ALSO, WHEN WE APPLY FOR CREDIT CARD ONLINE, 

WILL THE APPLICATION RESULT IN A HARD PULL IF IT IS DECLINED? THANKS!

All credit cards will result in a HP unless you are already an Amex customer then it's a SP if denied HP if approved

Thanks, myjourney. Do you think I should apply for it? Since it's already pre-approved. 

I am not sure how hard it is to get an Amex card. Also I don't know how could a charge card help build my credit history....

Would need info as to how your credit looks like, AAOA, inquiries, current ccs, credit scores

AMEX tends to pull EX but will pull all three if your at borderline.

My credit score is 732 (EX), but credit history is only 0.8 years.

I that 732 a FICO Score or PLUS Score?

I am not very sure. It is the score on my credit report from Experian.
