Amex PIF card - utilization and revolving debt?

If you have an Amex PIF card that is not listed as a charge card, does it factor into your utilization of revolving debt? And if so, do they use the "highest balance" as the credit limit?

Nope it doesn't factor in.  It reports as "Other" instead of "Revolving."

Edit:  Wait, what do you mean by "not listed as a charge card"?  How is yours reporting?

MyFico lists it not as revolving but as: Open account All the other credit cards show as "revolving". Although based upon the percentages, it seems that it IS being counted as a "revolving" card, as the numbers seem to add up (spent the last few minutes calculating).

Yep- It should report under "Other" and should not factor into UTL.
