Wow.......caught the bug after six months of using my Amex Zync. I did a little homework on the myfico forums as always, and decided to apply. I figured it wouldn't be the end of the world if it was a soft pull on denial. I called and spoke to a really nice rep, asked a couple of questions and told her to go ahead with my app. I waited 2 minutes and it felt like it took forever. She comes back and says "Congrats on being a platinum member!" I about fell out of my desk chair!
I started this journey about 5 years ago with scores around the mid-400's. Just wanted to thank everybody here at myfico for creating a supportive and well-informed atmosphere to help everybody on their quest for better credit. I'm off to write some goodwill letters. Cheers!

Congrats! Credit repair can seem very daunting, but is well worth it in the end. I like reading stories like this, it sheds some light at the end of the tunnel for those who are going through credit issues. Congrats again!
