Amex Prescreened CC Offer, Any HP or SP?

Amex sent pre-screened BC everyday CC offer. Is there any HP or SP if applying?

Just wonder. Do not need either BCE or BCP.

HP on EX if you take the bait. If your already an Amex card holder and you apply and get denied it's a SP.
