I’ve found that I was preapproved for all of Amex’s cards (even the $450 delta reserve and Hilton aspire) on their website EXCEPT the green, gold, and platinum charge cards. If they’re the easiest to get, is there another reason for that?
Also, for OP, have you checked for ore qualification on their website?I think charge cards such as Green, PRG, and Platinum are generally easier to get. You have to pay full balance every month unless you have enrolled in extended payment options.
In my case, I was rejected for Sapphire Preferred (not because of 5/24), but I was instantly approved when I applied for PRG and Platinum.
I agree that charges should be easier to get, it makes sense after all. I'm just confused because I literally clicked into "apply now" for every card on Amex's website and I was given the preapproved message for all of them EXCEPT the 3 charge cards...
OTOH, I've also gotten preapproval through this method.

Is amaex solid with there pre qualified
Their prequalification is generally accurate, yes. But of course, there's always a chance you'll still be declined.

I got the pre qualified but I know it not a 100%
You're pre-qualified for the magnet?
I see. Are they special offers or just the public offers? If just public offers, they aren't as solid, and I'd wait to pay down (and let the lower utilization report) more before applying.
