I've seen APR offers, but almost never from Amex. Only thing they offered me was 11.99% on Pay Over Time charges on my Gold card. They gave me pretty low APRs on my last apps, though (18.74% on Delta Blue and 13.99% on Cash Magnet)

I also got a 5.99% offer on my Chase IHG. which I activated but will probably not use.

Might be a good time to ask Citi if they'll reduce on those cards again.

I never carry balances, but with the way things are going lately, it's nice to have tools in your arsenal even if you don't have plans to use them.
