@GApeachy I'll PM you so you can try them out 🤪. Great for any occasion + how can you say no to "no fees!"

Hahaha @FinStar   Like are their fees high or are they based on the amt. of the gift card?  Heck, Idk.

It's typically a flat rate fee, $3.95, IIRC.  So, if you're purchasing several GCs for friends/family these fees can add up!  And, while I know you can bake a mean peach 🍑 pie, e-gift cards don't spoil or get lost in the mail 🤩

Re: Amex offer- gift cards fees waived through 3/31/21

Similar to buying Visa gift cards in stores, Amex gift cards typically have a $2.95 to $5.95 fee at purchase depending on the value of the card.  So if you need a gift and an Amex prepaid card makes sense, yes this is a good deal.

Edit: FinStar and I were typing at the same time; $3.95 I believe is the going rate for $100 and $250 cards.  Under $100 should be $2.95 and over $250 (I think $3000 is the max) should be $5.95 normally.

American Express gift card: never leave home to go to a birthday party where you have no idea what to buy without it.

It's fairly common for there to be an offer of no purchase fee, or no shipping fee, from time to time.   And often retailers, like Staples or CVS will have similar offers on Amex (or V/MC) cards.

In my MS days, the $3000 Amex cards were great!
