Amex pre approve...

My wife check amex pre approve and she got 3 card pre approve but no welcome offer . Does anyone know why

It's different for everyone. It depends how badly Amex wants you.

But the normal app have a welcome offer so if she doesn't app from the pre .she will have the welcome offer by app directly.
